Man arrested for snatch theft & outrage of modesty

  SINGAPORE : Police have arrested a 22-year-old man suspected of snatch theft and outrage of modesty.

  Police said the suspect is alleged to have outraged the modesty of a 17-year-old female and stolen her mobile phone valued at about $310.

  The incident happened at about 12.50 am on April 24 in Yishun Central.
  
  The suspect was arrested within 12 hours in the vicinity of Yishun Street 61.
  
  He will be charged in Court on April 25 with snatch theft and outrage of modesty.
