  Not too bad. Put on a waterproof+windproof jacket and you're good to go. If you're still cold, wear a fleece pullover underneath.

  Inside laundry shop or hostel shld be warm. And if you still feel cold, go stand next to dryer or iron - got heat. LOL!

  I used to iron my clothes watching tv - heat from iron makes it nice and fuzzy during winter.
