how can they do that man... I just watched the... somersault on 1 board one.. Wah... how come they dare to somersault on the trampoline thingy sia.. scary...

2 poles swinging is uneven bars (UB)
somersault on the board is vault (VT)
the 4 inch plank is balance beam (BB)
the roll around on a big piece of mat is floor exercise (FX)
US got team gold. which they truly deserved.
gabrielle douglas got the all-around champ........ which is also quite expected....
vault last nite i almost cried bcos my fav girl mckayla maroney (US) landed on her butt and she got the silver
she IS the champ on vault obviously.
the whole world tot she would easily bag the goldbut u never know wat happens at the olympics
and that 3 seconds determine everything...........
i seldom watch the men's one but this yr got too many hamsums lah!

But the 37 year old auntie really respect sia.... she do the vault i so scared she land wrongly and break something..

she relli damn suay lah........... the more difficult VT land on feet. the easier VT land on butt...... and byebye to the gold just like tt..........
Izbasa not bery high difficulty but she done well for both so the average score higher than kay
oh. Izbasa oso bery pweety.tonite men's VT bery power.
all high high scores one.
and most stuck their landings.

the team finals one is kay's best in this meet. the one she stuck the landing.
score 16.233 (D-6.5, E-9.733)
totally OMG!
the one she landed on her butt for the indiv finals, She said, "I didn't get my full block, my hands didn't really touch the vault. I still walked out with a silver medal and I'm happy about that. I'll have to watch the video and figure out what happened. It's really sad that I had to fall on that vault but I'm glad I won a silver medal. I know I can do better vaults but I also know I didn't deserve the gold medal because I fell on my second vault. It happens. It's gymnastics. You can't always be perfect. Sometimes things don't go as planned."i feel for her.
my fav event also VT last time.
and i seriously think she can do a triple twist.
and the move will be named after her!mustafina face smelly smelly all the time.

if u see the CN and JP ones, they bery small size
if train from young ur growth would be stunted bcos ur bones do not grow normally due to constant training and injuries.
generally asians are smaller size also.
then u see US ones, they quite fat but muscular. their thighs can kiap æ»ä½ any time.
