Tampines 1 Running Lab Weekly Run

on Every WED meet up time at 6.30pm warm-up & stretching will be done in between this time....run start at 7pm....
all will gather at the Running lab shop itself 1st....
run will be the range of 7km-10km....
looking for more runners to share the joy of running together....those who living in the east or near tampines....might wanna give a try....
especially for run lovers or those looking for company to run with/sick of running alone....no motivation to run alone?.......this is it for you! speed catered to all different kind of runners.... unless you are real tat fast......
What's the requirement to join?
basically you will only need a pair of SHOES! tat all you need!
it's FREE..... yeah...of coz Running should be free....
wat's more..... get to make friends with new runners....runners who are passionate about running together....
all levels of runners are welcome!
there will be run leaders/sweepers to guide all the runners in the group.....
will be a fun run session...can talk cock sing song...if you are just looking for a relax run.... if you are looking for a serious run.... there will also be someone there to run with you......
all runners who are familar with the area...can have sugguestions on where to run too....it will be interesting...as we are still in the process of trying out some other routes.....all ages/races/old/young are warmly welcome....
