My pull up till now still CMI
Besides the keep pulling method, coz basically i can only do that in Gym and my house nothing for me to pull unless i go buy those home pull-up thing
Does the assisted pull up machine help in anyway?
Push up i can, chest press, military lift also can. just the pull up which is my weakness
Training for chin ups need to be done daily...
Assisted pull up machine will help. but you need to do it diligently..
But if you want my true advise, get a chin up bar at home and attempt pulling with the support of a chair or someone until you can pull at least 2 without support.. Than try increasing your maximum rep without support.
The key word here is "Discipline"
I can do 3 only - short of the 2 to pass
By the way the home chin up bar, required any drilling and will it spoilt the door?
Some require drilling, whereas some are removable and does not require drilling.
I personally use the drilled on chin up bar.
You must pull everyday.. like try to pull alittle before every meal..
