Singapore first F1 team code name Casino Singapore has secured an F1 constructor in UK to run Casino Singapore F1 Team by 2010. This team will be the first East Asia Team probably jointly co-managed by Singaporean.
Mr. Bandon Chew, Managing Director of Brandon Japan Electric Automobile Pte Ltd, a leading Singapore motorsport sponsorship distributors and, Changi automobile racing event organiser. Has officially entered an initial negotiation with Prodrive.
Prodrive is the F1 Constructor whom has the capacity & technology to run an F1 team in the past and the future year 2010. They had run the former Honda BAR F1 Team for three years, from year 2001 to 2004 under contractual basis.
Team “Casino Singapore” F1 team presently needs to raise a sponsorship fund say US$50 to US$70 million from renown corporate brand from Singapore, Taiwan, South Korea, China & Hong Kong,.
According to Mr. Brandon Chew there are huge source of sponsorship fund remain untapped from Singapore, China, Hong Kong, Taiwan & South Korea. The untapped funds are estimated to be US$500 to 900 million.
