IMHO, the gap between the top teams *reads rich* had widen then before, which might not be a good thing in long run but with more and more clubs being sold to ppl from outside England things should changes, but thats if those coming in are there for the sake of making the club bigger like what Roman did instead of coming in just for $ gain
