Whats the different in Singapore PR/Citizen sector?

  I am a foreigner. I just visited two casino's in Singapore.

  I found there are Singaporian sector in both casino.

   

  Any difference between main lobby and those Sing sectors ? 

  High Limit/Other games? Or more points for gambling?

   

  I just wonder.

  Sg citizens and PRs need to pay $100 to go into the casino for 24 hours.

   

  Don't ask me why.

  i know that .   

   

  but i found there a gamble room specialized for sg people. Foreigner cant play inside

   

  i just wonder why separate sg people .  any special care for them.

   

  P.S. the levy is not effective to those in casino.  Crowds of people was in the sg only room.

  If you had to pay $100 to get into the casino, wouldn't you want some perks?

   

  Like an exclusive zone just for you?

  They pay for government , not casino

   

  i am curious .  But i am afraid to face caning if I sneak in.

  The MRT are quite expensive on short travelling by standard ticket

   

  Many ppl know Mandarin or Cantonese, its quite convenience to me
