  Slot machine addiction is the worst form of gambling addiction. Should patrons be informed on the odds of winning playing slot machine in Singapore casino and local clubhouses? New slot machines are highly addictive. It will be good if new patrons are informed on the odds of winning before they start playing and get addicted. More so to protect the vulnerable Singaporeans before they lose their entire retirement fund playing slot machine in local clubhouses and casinos. How to draw the line when you are addicted? NCPG may want to do a study and come up measures to protect the vulnerable retirees and vulnerable Singaporeans.

  Displaying the odds, similarly won't help, the hardcore, and the hopefuls. Anyway they know the odds already. And they are  not interested in it. They are more dependent on their belief, i.e. they are lucky, their luck will change, this time sure to win, never mind try again.

  Toto odds 1:8,145,060 among the worst of all the odds. Who cares.

  It wont help. Unless you put the odds of winning on every single game in the casino. Then the people maybe will go for the easiest one.

  But still, non matter what odds is it, you will still lose money. So no point.

  The best odds of wining is probably the Big Small or White Black bets, at 50/50, the winnings are also small.

  Under Sec 106 of the Casino Control Act, the casino operator needs to display prominently the advice or information concerning gambling rules, the mode of payment of winning wagers and the odds of winning each wager. But clubhouse operator is not required to do so under the Private Lotteries Act. Therefore it will be beneficial to vulnerable Singaporeans for local clubhouses to do likewise in their slot machine room. Although most people are aware that slot machines are placed there to generate money to fund other activities in the clubhouses. But they are not aware about the odds of winning at local clubhouses. As a result, they lost a lot of money playing slot machines.
