For those who are big fans of jc sum and ning AND government civil servants, please read continue reading.
Quote from ning-
Ok, I’m honestly disturbed that some people assume that we’re promoting gambling, despite EVERYTHING that has been clearly communicated. I’m sorry that you’re either misinformed or unfortunately, very narrow-minded.
Nothing but insults- The Newpaper clearly states that they claim that they have special abilities to predict the 4d numbers. Now they twist their words and put the blame on us, NARROW MINDED citizens of Singapore. Just because we think otherwise, we are somewhat of lower intelligence?
Quote-
However, it’s fantastic that there are still professional journalists and media out there who do use their God-given brains and sense of logic in the contextual application of the psychological ILLUSION that my onstage partner, J C Sum, and yours truly will be attempting.
So you're telling us Strait's Times, Newpaper, Channel News Asia and Wanbao reporters are not professional? It seems that they all are mentioning that you DID indeed claim to posses powers to predict the 4d results, supposedly with numerology and some computer software.
Now you're turing the tables on them? They've got no GOD- GIVEN BRAINS?
Best part is coming up.
Quote-
Yes, everyone knows that the government likes to play safe, but it’s just so easy to say NO without understanding the entire context and truly… when will the these government servants actually realize that this is Singapore in 2010 and not the 1960s?
Now that you've insulted the citizens of Singapore, you want to insult the government civil servants too? Playing safe? The government of Singapore has worked so hard to provide us with a safe, healthy, prosperous and transparent country to live in.
And this is what they get in returned? To be called old-fashioned and cowards?
You guys are supposed to be public figures, but yet you stooped this low.
Very Ungrateful!
I rest my case.
Printscreen is an absolute gem on the keyboard! Let's see who's twisting who's words!
Quote-
Now, as a responsible Singaporean who loves her country, I’d like to set the record straight just in case some silly dumdums out there twist my words out of context from last night’s rant about MDA’s regulatory decision that our psychological illusion “The Impossible 4D Prediction” promotes gambling though J C & I have always maintained it’s anti-gambling.
Ning, suddenly you become a patriot of Singapore, after ranting about how other Singaporeans are 'narrow-minded' or not using their 'God-given Brain'. Now you want to try to be everyone's best friend?
MDA stands for Media Development Authority. Notice the word AUTHORITY? If they say it promotes gambling, I totally agree. Why? Simple. 4D Prediction! 4D! 4D!!!
Quote-
We’ve always been very supportive of the government but at times red tape and narrow-minded bureaucrats sometimes makes their decisions appear foolish.
I’m being candid here but ask anyone who has worked with the govt on any out-of-the-box, non-traditional projects they’d understand.
How can you say that the government's decisions appear foolish when you have always been very supportive of the them? Aren't you contradicting yourself?
You accusing the government of making foolish ideas just because the Media Authority doesn't agree with your views?
You come out strong, being candid. Who are these people you are talking about? Worked with the government of out-of-the-box, non-traditional projects? Name names. You've got nothing to hide right? Be open and CANDID about it.

From previous entry- Yes, everyone knows that the government likes to play safe, but it’s just so easy to say NO without understanding the entire context and truly… when will the these government servants actually realize that this is Singapore in 2010 and not the 1960s?
Today's entry- Please correct me if you think I’m wrong but I truly think Singapore has progressed much as a nation and the fact the our govt has set up 2 Intergrated Resorts must show that they are also aware Singaporeans have matured to a certain extent and aren’t stuck in 1960s mode.
Guys, for this, I don't need to explain anything. You can clearly see who's the one who has been twisting their words.

J C & I have taken all this in and understand the sensitivity. There is no better time to do “The Impossible 4D Prediction”.
Trust me. There is a positve outcome, we’ve planned this for over a year. All will be revealed this 27 Jan 2010.
There is an even better time to do this, never.
The only positive outcome is your own marketing and more business for yourselves. What about families of people who really think this is real? What about people who never thought winning 4D is possible until they see how easy for you to strike the winning numbers? What about kids who watch your performance and tell themselves they want to be magicians when they grow up just so they will have the power to predict 4d winning numbers and get rich?
And to sum it all up, you can clearly see who is lying and who isn't.

As I juggle with tapping this blog post on my phone while I polish off my breakfast, I’d like to importantly restress our anti-gambling theme, plus my onstage partner and I boast no supernatural powers and we are not telling people to place bets, because we aren’t even giving away any lottery numbers!
And you expect everyone to believe in every single word you say?
Seems like bad publicity is upon them
I think if they predict the day's newspaper headline will be more appropriate. I think whatever it is, lottery is still associated with gambling. Hope they will change their minds.
