  chances are sys. no 0123 have been replaced by 0236 already. from my understanding that 4D banker which is SG pool 'chooses numbers which have lesser people buy' maybe got too many people bought sys. 0123 for today liao and they with a flick of finger changed then drawing number to 0236....
