Help needed in JB hotel stay

Okay people. I will be going to Malaysia Johor Bahru for a 3 days 2 nights stay preferably at a medium-priced hotel with wifi access in the hotel room. I wish to bring my netbook over to access the internet. Can I make a check with those frequent Msia travellers whether is it possible to use my post-paid singnet account over there without incurring additional roaming costs? If not, then how do I access internet over there in Malaysia?
Also, is there a reasonble priced hotel that comes with good yet affordably foods and within distance from the custom to recommend me? I do have a budget of RM100 per night preferably.

Quite affordable too.
Everytime I need to book hotels for trips or anything, I'll use this webby. So far, no bad experiences. But you still have to look out for yourself la. Not everyone ish as lucky as I am.

Okay people. If I opt for a Huawei E1552 USB modem for my laptop? Would I be able to access my Singnet account in Malaysia? Further, is this a wireless modem in the sense that my family can use it at the same time when I plug into my laptop?
