  keep it wrapped in cotton wool/gauze; do not attempt to pull it out; it'll come off on its own but this could take weeks.

  see a podatrist - they maybe able to remove it under local anesthesia

  actually my nail is not coming out

  just that between the nail and toe, the fresh in between is cut. quite deep.

  thus making it look like my nail is coming out.
