  I would wanna stay on the 2nd floor no matter what..
  unless provided there's like shops or childcare ctr at the void deck..

  if not then I'd rather choose a much higher floor..

  my friend's place in bukit batok is on the 2nd floor and there's a community/common room below. one time when i visited, the whole afternoon was KO singing. eekkkss! the guy can't even carry a tune! i couldn't take it and left after 1/2 hr.

  for me, I dun like to stay on the 2nd floor is becoz in case got wake downstairs..

  not pantang or wat lah, juz feel uneasy dats all..

  i prefer 7-9; high enough for winds/breeze and away from noise, not that high enough to stair climb if the lifts kaputs/in emergency etc
