  wats that for?my teacher say if hair too long then the chief invigilator will write it at the irregular report.how will the report affect u?

  I think it's true. They have the rights to exempt you out of the examinations... Ai yo~ play safe la... just go cut. Everyone I know all go cut, haha... Then wait for it to grow ... Just nice for Grad Nite!
