Sec 3+ sec4 is a ''2 year course'' for olvls?

Hi, just wanna know if the O levels tests sec 1 and sec 2 contexts
Does the o levels only cover sec3+sec4 syllabuses?
I currently have lots of sec 2 worksheets and notes, like one big pile and i am so tempted to throw them away.
FYI, i take english, MT, Chem, Phy, Bio, Geog, History, Social Studies, E maths, Amaths.

think sec 1 and 2 are the basic to ur o-lvl life. U may throw them as they are already in ur O-lvl stuffs.
For english u shud just throw them away

MT one is tested from sec1-4.

for science & amaths & humanities & chinese...as its mainly sec3 and 4 syllabus

for EMATHS...think its from sec 2-4.
alot of things is from sec 2. somemore some teachers damn lazy..just run through the topic thinking that you 'covered' it in sec 2 which obviously u forgot already.
and if u threw the notes...thats it....ur that topic gone case... -
To some extend, what you leaned in Sec 1 and 2 will be in the O level syllabus.
For Science subject, Secondary 2 syllabus just covers the general information for the 3 area of Science - Chemistry, Biology and Physic.
Not much use because at O level, you'll be level more indepth.
For Math subject, Secondary 2 syllabus offers a basic foundation for Algebraic manipulation and Graphs Technique. These two are probably the most useful stuff taught in lower secondary which have direct beneficiary to your upper sec syllabus.
I am not too sure for Languages and humanities. Hopefully someone can shed some light on this. -

well, if you are taking full geog.
i think can just throw away sec 1 and 2 de stuff.
'cause what you are gonna learn in sec 3 and 4 are basically just a repetition of what you've learnt in sec 1 and 2, just that they are more into detail.
so just need to study sec 3 and sec 4 stuff.
sec 1 and 2 stuff useless le lah. haha!
as for sciences, it's the exact same case.
everything you've learnt in sec 1 and 2, are like the basic of your sec 3 and 4 sciences.
already all included inside. so don't worry.
as for languages, well, you build up your languages skills as you grow.
languages need books and notes de meh?
it's something which you just learn by applying it everyday.
so can just throw away lah.
your sec 3 and 4 teacher will revise with you all the formats for letter-writing and stuff like that in time to come.
so don't worry.

so i'm not very sure about that.
i used to keep my sec 1 and 2 stuffs.
in the end, i don't even touch them at all.
only my younger sis will sometimes take them out for reference.

burn... no use one... sec 3 and 4 textbk enough...
