  Call the school? Or call MOE? Did you register online or ? If register online, the details are probably online. Private candidates usually take the practical on a separate date, not the same as school students, unless there's not enough students.

  Try to call the school which you have been posted to and ask them which shift are you in.

  Not that they forget to indicate. It because they only assign shifts when it's near the exam date.
  
  Before the actually date there are a lot of preparation to be made. The labs will be close for cleaning and preparation. Then the lab will be check by an someone to ensure it safety standards and stuff.
  
  That's the reason why the shifts are assign at a later date, which is not stated in the entry proof.
