Hi guys, I have been smoking for four months, and then recently i decided to quit. I had my last stick two weeks ago. Apart from the standard sore-throat and flu withdrawal symptoms, recently i realized i kept having the urge to go to the toilet for big business. Its like my stomach feels funny and i thought i need to do big business, but when i am in the toilet, nothing comes out. Is this one of the withdrawal symptoms of quitting smoking? Because i read online before that some of the symptoms includes constipation, etc. Hope someone can clarify this, thanks!

There is a heart pain abit or lung pain abit.... but i nvr had shit problem bfore
Your body is adjusting for the better. Your system is revamping from low productivity to normal productivity.
