Chelsea hope extended northern stay yields points

Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho hopes an extended stay in Manchester will earn them three points at Bolton Wanderers tonight.
"Bolton is a difficult game," Mourinho said. "They have good morale after beating Arsenal last weekend, but we are ready for it.
"It is always difficult to play there but I can say it is my pitch because it is where I was English champion for the first time and took a big step to become champion the next season."
Chelsea will be acclimatised to their surroundings after deciding to stay on in Manchester following Sunday's draw, rather than travel back to London.
"We have sacrificed a little bit of time with our families to try to play these two important games to the maximum of our qualities," Mourinho added in the London Evening Standard.
"We are staying in Manchester for four days, to rest and eat well and prepare for the game, because it is another important one for us."
seems like chelsea is taking this seriously and will be able to win over bolton ! -
Manchester United striker Louis Saha and winger Cristiano Ronaldo picked up knocks against Chelsea and are doubts.
Saha's injury sees United struggling for strikers and Ryan Giggs could be used up front with John O'Shea and Darren Fletcher starting in midfield.
Everton striker Andy Johnson is a major doubt because of a hamstring strain.
He missed the 1-1 draw at Charlton and is set to be on the sidelines along with on-loan keeper Tim Howard, who cannot play against his parent club.

Manchester City are set to be unchanged from the side which performed so creditably in the loss at Liverpool.
But winger DaMarcus Beasley is back in training after an ankle injury and is set for a place on the bench.
Aston Villa keeper Thomas Sorensen is out with knee ligament damage so Stuart Taylor will start.
Striker Milan Baros is also in strong contention to make a rare start, especially with Chris Sutton still sidelined with his calf injury.

Liverpool midfielder Boudewijn Zenden is out after joining the injury list with medial knee ligament damage.
Daniel Agger or Jamie Carragher will be forced to move up from defence into midfield, while striker Craig Bellamy is missing because of a court case.
Portsmouth midfielder Sean Davis (groin) and defender Matt Taylor (back) are major doubts along with striker Lomana LuaLua (ankle).
Striker Benjani Mwaruwari (knee) will need a pain-killing injection to play.

Arsenal captain Thierry Henry will return after missing the loss at Bolton with a troublesome neck injury
Robin van Persie is available after suspension and Tomas Rosicky is back from a hamstring injury, while Julio Baptista will be rested.
Fulham defender Franck Queudrue (shin) will not be risked and Carlos Bocanegra is out with a hamstring problem.
Centre-back Ian Pearce is suspended so Philippe Christanval will deputise, even though he has a groin injury.
