This is what I have written to Singapore Mediacorp as feedback about their drama productions on SAF soldiers, today about few minutes ago. I have appended my feedback text below.
"Hi. I feel that Singapore Mediacorp should produce more English drama series production base on SAF personnel participation on overseas missions like during the Tsunami in Banda Aceh, Afghanistan and Timor Leste. This will help to boost the morale of the SAF and NSF personnel serving within SAF. Currently, I see that the portrayal about NS men in the SAF that were produced by private film producers and Mediacorp showing NS SAF men like weakling soldiers or gay soldiers that are scare of Ghosts etc. I believe Mediacorp can do better than that. Create a good fiction story lines based on the SAF missions in Afghanistan, Timur Leste and Banda Aceh will help to increase the image of SAF Soldiers more patriotic and macho. I believe your script writers can come up with good stories base on that. Thanks."

Rebellious Texans had captured the city of San Antonio de Béxar in December of 1835 and had fortified the Alamo, a fortress-like former mission in the center of town.
