They only do upper-body movements which i find is absurd.Just because the sport only involves upper body, doesnt mean that lower body is unsignificant.They do mostly rows only.
I seriously think some of them should add squats or/and deadlifts to their programm.
I know some dragonboaters who do squats and deads and they are much stronger than those who dont.TRUST me!

So far,the dragonboaters(especially those from SAF dragonboat team) I have seen have a utterly hideous light bulb build...

We do pullups pullups and more pullups
After that we do bench press, sitted rows, bicep , shoulder press, flys , leg press, medicine ball.
Now for the june race it'll be a long distance so we do more reps for endurance
