Don't need to wear tight fitting clothes or what.
You wear normal clothes like polo tee or sports jerseys can still see you are weight trained.
People just need to look at your neck and forearms can tell.
Same goes for gals,if you have a big bustline,you don't wear low cut also can see.That time I went to Geylang makan supper with this D cupper friend.She was wearing a loose polo t,all the horny uncles were looking at her still.

yucks lar, the other day at the gym.I saw this poser teenager bodybuilder who is not even ripped or massive wearing it with track pants.Acting like some IFBB bodybuilder instructing his friends what to do.And all of his recommanded exercises are mostly crappy isolations. -
And you know why hot bods on sunday times refuse to show lower body muscles.Its because if they do that all the beach muscle headz there would have chicken legs.Just reading their profile tells me they only train upperbody eg. i do bench press twice a week only..
