They dont know sh*t and yet still talk so much, do they even have the dedication to change their diet to a healthier one, the discipline to train your ass off frequently and yet still produce better schoolwork than them.

1) self-improvement
2) Desire to become greater than you are today
3) Wanting to be the leader and not the "lead"
4) Dedication
These are some of the manly qualities of weightlifting that you wont find with your average couch potatoe.
