Hi all.. Lets just get straight to the point. How to get a nice lean body with washboard abs? Can I only do crunches and push ups in the morning and evening? Or is it a must to go to the gym? My body is ok I guess but there are a bit of fats around the tummy area which does not show the abs at all. And how to get the arm area to be significantly muscled? As in defined and all.. I don't want mass. Not big arms or big chest or big body. Just nice lean body and noticeable definitions at the arms..
actually if u r thin enough, dont do crunches also can see abs...its just the body fats that cover that area...if u really so engrossed in having washboard abs then do LOTS of cardio lor...
but IMO having abs with a tiny body frame dont look good.....i have 1 polymate he as abs but he is too thin.....u need some mass to look good with the abs...
Quite a while back ago, i was also very engrossed with abs, i do so much cardio that abs are visible but i became too thin n thats the reason why i m sort of bulking now n when i have acheived my desired size, i tone up..
well to get lean body is pretty easy by cardio but to have muscle definition i think u need a gym to do workouts to have fastest n most visible results...but if u still insist of working out at home, dont do push up only, do pull ups, dips, push ups...
