if i m not wrong 1st 3 weeks is in camp only after 4th week i m allowed to go off during weekends..
Since i can only workout on Sat, i m wondering wad exercises should i do for a 1 day workout that is not too taxing n at same time able to maintain the muscle that i have built previously..
Or should i forget about weight training until after ORD?

You will work out enough in camp such that u will be resting at home on weekends. Unless u are really hardcore.

go for 20 lap swim in the pool. this will help to ease your joint and ankle. it will also help to control your breath which is good for 2.4 run

i am sure NS makes you all do plyometrics which trains core explosive power, that is good.
Aim for a slack vocation i guess if you wanna be able to go home everyday at 5pm and gym.
