Ok, so 28 January is the date for Orientation, but does anyone know when school actually begins? Hahah, just curious to know ;)
Thanks.
har 28 Jan really orientation? zz..
u which sch?
yep 28th Jan orientation.
@Audi
Well it depends some JCs have longer orientations some have shorter. It can last from 5 days to a week. If we assume it lasts for 5 days your lessons will start on Thursday (4th Feb), though I doubt that. The JC may have some activity lined up instead since it's rather strange to start schooling in the middle of the week (though it's possible).
If it's 1 week than lessons will officialy start on 8th Feb (Monday). Of course this is assuming the orientations last that long.
@qdtimes2
Yep it starts on 28th Jan. JCs cannot immediately get you to study once you enter after all? But some JCs will get you to choose your subjects, the mass dance and games may start in Feb. But again, it varies from JC to JC. Of course even if it's only choosing subjects, there will be ice-breaker activities.
i see... wear sec schl uniform go? lol
Usually, first few days will be damn boring. Admin stuff, principal talks, learn school song and all that. After that, your orientation programme will begin. Probably 1 to 3 Feb. Orientation is going to be really fun but after that, normal school will start. Lectures, tutorials, blablabla.
So school should probably start proper by 4 Feb.
Sure many chio bu attending. Too bad. I am too old for them. lolz/.
yea agree with mfz (well i'm sure he knows more xD) I'm still waiting for the 2010 JAE too. My info is gathered from what I understand.
@ qdtimes2
yea wear sec sch uniforms. Normally you will wear your JC uniform only on 4th Feb or maybe 8th Feb. The JC may not get everyone to wear yet since some may appeal out. Though when lessons start, you should alr be in full JC attire.

1st choice NYJC and got into that. Come to think of it, I've been told to apply for AJC but the facilities there seem run-down. Hahaha, but well, NY is a pretty humble school and I like that. :)
and i hope u like NYJC uniform!
