Accepting school that provide scholarship

  If i applied for NUS and NTU and applied for both of their scholarships. Is it possible to go to the one who offered us scholarship 1st or must we accept one of the school before we know the results of our scholarship? In short, i wish to go to the school that offers me scholarship. Not trying to prove anything here, just a casual question.

  I think you will know the results of the scholarship together with your posting since i got a friend who when against his parents wishes and rejected the scholarship from NUS to study in NTU. I not sure whether it was he applied or the uni offered him though and whether it was a full scholarship or just some reward etc cos  remember him telling me something like 5K from NUS but it was years ago so forgot le.

  do not choose a school based on whether it offers you a scholarship or not.. you'll regret that - unless school fees are a significant impediment to your family.

  but if your college of choice offers you one, then good for you (:
