Hellos,
i am doing a project on this and i do not know any handicap advisors..
therefore, i am here hoping that i am able to get some answers.
I thank you very much for the help that you have provided.
:) have a nice day.
You don't just waltz in and ask for answers.
You should provide some of your thoughts and opinions, and create a discussion from there. Don't come and tell me that you can't even think of some of the everyday difficulties that wheelchair-bound people face.
Go forth and think of some points, then come back in here to present them. Then people may come in and share their thoughts. No one is going to do your project for you.
:) have a nice day.

I am a care-giver of my wheelchair-bound grandma who suffered a stroke.
You may specify some questions and I'll try to answer them based on personal experience :)

The wheelchair bound cannot give standing ovation.
hahas it's not that i don't know about the basic problems they face... It's just that i hope that i will not miss out on any.
Actually for my project, what i want to do is to raise disability awareness using stop motion animation that is why i hope to compile as many problems they face as possible.. the usual and the unusual.
Due to time constraint, i figured that by using forums as such would be the fastest way to find out anything that i missed out :). Sorry if this pisses anyone off.
Thanks everyone who gave me an answer :)

Then in that case, can you at least provide some points that you came up with on your own? Then at least other people will happily critique your points and come up with some further suggestions?
'Time constraints'? In effect, you have admitted to being too lazy to even do your project on your own. Don't tell me the other people in your course are all doing something like this as well. Don't tell me that they don't have 'time constraints' as well.
At least be considerate enough to show us your points, for goodness' sake. Show us that you actually came up with something so that we know that you're not being lazy.
I hope the '21' in your nickname isn't your actual age.... because you're not behaving like a responsible adult right now.
put yourself in their shoes. i've seen very resilent wheelchair bound classmates, and admire their strength in overcoming difficulties.
For example, assuming that there's no lack of ramps, some ramps may be too steep and hence they need a helper to push them up. And down too, for the obvious reason that no one wants to speed down a ramp. Moreoever, many of these ramps are not sheltered (eg. some overhead bridges). What if it rains? They definitely need our help and we should do our utmost to help.
