are you sure about the release of results? the website you gave only told me to log in or something. no mention of results releasing first week or march leh.

Yep. 100% confirm. 1st week of March.
Every year, online registration for the upcoming 'A' level exams is made available a few days AFTER results for the previous year's exams are released. This year, online registration will be on 9 March 09 (2nd week of March). Which means results will be out on 1st week of March.

2010 A lvl results, 2 students :(

Release of 2008 GCE A-Level Examination Results on 6 March 2009
The GCE ‘A’ Level examinations results will be released this Friday, the 6th of March.
School candidates may obtain their result slips from their respective schools from 2.30 pm that day.
Private candidates will be able to obtain their results through the Singapore Examinations and Assessment Board website www.seab.gov.sg, also from 2.30pm on Friday.
They will also be notified of their results by post.
