The line graph shows the mass (rounded off to the nearest 10 kg) of old newspapers a class collected each week for five weeks. Study the graph and answer the question which follow : 1st week collected 60 kg 2nd week collected 50 kg 3rd week collected 70 kg 4th week collected 20 kg 5th week collected 90 kg (e) What do you think there was a big increase in newspaper collection from the fourth to the fifth week ? Is this a maths question or english one.
My answer is that they recieved a scolding for for collecting so little for the fourth week and they were probably threatened with punishment if it was repeated.

avg per week should be about 60kg. So 4th week Chinese New Year so alot holiday mood, hence 5th week then give newspaper?

I think last question is just an open-ended question, something like bonus marks, you can provide any rationale/reason which you think that may contribute to the rise.
