lol i am banking on the possibility that his parents doesnt know how to write an excuse letter and they asked TS to write one for them to sign. Anyway their number is in the letter. If he is lying then his parents will get to know it too.

I hope you do not send out this letter, tution is important, i know, but you seriously cannot forsake CCA for tution, u pay for that tution, is the teacher need to accomodiate you, not the otherwise, if the latter is true, please find another tution teacher. Period.

Anyway, if it's tuition centre, have to accodomate the timeslot mah...
And.... if the tuition teacher is very effective and popular... more likely you have to match his/her timeslots too...
