I have a Malaysian friend in Singapore who's about 24 years old, he has the equivalent of an O-level degree in Malaysia and hopes to further his studies even as he is working right now, so that he can gain better employment prospects (he's only working for a cleaning company now). I'd like to find out which places in Singapore offer courses for people like him to improve their degrees? Like diplomas in technical-based education? I'm thinking along the lines of something like ITE, polytechnic or night classes. Help would really be appreciated because I really want to help him :/
SIM?
help you to help him nia.
since you have idea, go find out from the polys and ITEs. there are not many of them and they all have email and websites.
When you typed 'o' level degree....i took a double look.
Looks like you need to take some night courses as well.
FYI, ITE, Polytechnics, SHATEC and a whole lot more offers night classes.
It depends on what your friend qualifies on and how much time and $$ he willing to spend.
viciouskitty: (what's wrong with the o-level degree? haha okay i don't know whats weird -.-) By the way, besides ITE, polytechnics and SHATEC do you know any particular place by name?
Thanks for the comments...I'll just trawl through the websites a bit, I guess. What do you guys think of MDIS? It looks pretty promising to me.
