I started serious revision 2 mths before A levels. The only subject I got B is Project Work.
What does that tell us?
Everyone has a different studying method. Find your own sweet spot and work with it.
There's no point importing a template which suits others 100% but fits you to like say 50%?
I always practise constant paying of attention and asking questions if unclear rather than rote-studying, otherwise known as 'mugging'.
This method works for me but may not work for others. All in all, we all need to find that one suitable method for ourselves through trial and error.
There's still one method I believe in fervently, which is to drill yourself in questions. Forget re-reading the notes again and again; it's useless.
Why?
Anything in this world, you only get better in doing it if you practice doing it. If you read only notes, at most you will be very very good at reading notes, not answering questions. So you need to practice questions again and again. Notes are just to help you in your questions when you need the info.
At higher levels, additional info not found in the curriculum helps. The degree to which depends on the relevance of course.
Hi Retarded_Moron,
you are truly an inspiration to students like me who are still studying. Can I ask where you went/are going for uni? What course? I'm sure someone of your calibre can pretty much get in to almost anywhere he wants to! =)
Thanks so much! =)

All I can say is thanks. Work hard, keep a clear mind of your short-term objectives and long-term goals and you shall prosper. I wish you all the best!
I'm a first-year student at the NUS School of Law by the way.

It's a common business maxim too.
