  I always get edusave (without fail) from pri4 to JC2 until i cannot get anymore (cos go army). But ever since Sec school, i always spent my edusave bursaries within 2 months cos i will go and buy some clothes or something...

  Yes only the Singapore citizens have edusave. Foreign sudents do not.
