Acceleration due to gravity (g) on earth's surface is 9.8m/s^2.
Calculate acceleration due to gravity on a plant which has
(a) same mass and twice radius
(b) same radius and twice density
(c) half radius and twice density
show your working...
This one is manipulation of your equations...
yes i know that but could any one please solve it.
I guess the main equations are required (as i have "manipulated" ...lol XD )
for (a) g proptional to 1/R^2
for (b) g proptional to M
for (c) g proptional to M/R^2

You have provided the answers yourself.
The remaining to be done is basic O level E maths proportions questions.
Try it first.
A level physics is a lot of calculations... The physics of it is coming up with the correct equations; the remaining is maths.
