all singapore ss teaching method is the same one.actually cross referencing will give u the high level of marks
u need to find info that is not found in the source and use that as evidence for ur claim.

Ah I see, usually my cross referencing not really up to standard. So you doing SEQ or SBQ first. I doing SEQ, at least marks secured first. Then chiong SBQ. -

i always do the essay part, coz most of the time get between 18-23
once i get the marks, i will do SBQ. i will do it with time management.
10 min one part, after 10 min skip to next part. dont drag, cannot finish later than come back.
for todays paper, i aim to finish SEQ by 30-35 min.

Haha, Btw, the SS paper is marked by our own Sinkaporean teachers ah.... The ang moh really don't understand wad we talking if good govt comes out. Coz their govt bad mah!
Actually the first part of SBQ (usually inference) dun need 10 mins do wan. 5 mins at most kao tim liao. So i will spend more time on reliabilty and usefullness. 7 marks quite alot lor -

Haha, I nva hear him say that. Coz he always kao pei when he come to our class. Ask we all stand for nothing. Then listen to his 'success' stories. Like we care if he die or become president. Now rarely see him liao. The problem is that he lives near me only, anytime suay suay still can meet him. -
hmm do essay first? whats the difference with doing sbq first? And you are right, must exercise tough time mgmt. If spend too much time on a particluar sbq, just jump to next one and dont drag.

good question.personally i find it easier to do essay 1st, becoz u throw out the large amount of notes in ur head. and all these points, u will get the marks u need.
once u get the marks u need, u can go on to the sbq with the thinking of "i already have 20+ marks, now im getting the addition for my A1"

SEQ is mostly memory work. So, doing the essay questions first means that it is easier to recall what you have learnt. SBQ is not really memory work as the answers are in the paper. Just dump your memory on essay question than don't forget to do your SBQ (easilly forgotten if you are used to doing SBQ first) then kao tim liao.
