Group consolidation, using both equity method and pooling of interest method. Can throw in some rights issue, three tier company structure, minority interest, foreign subsidiary company, fair value adjustments, changes in shareholding, foreign currency translation & transaction, deferred taxes and employee benefits (pension plans).
Can throw in consolidate cash flow statement as a bonus.
