Has anyone prepared for & took the Institute of Chartered Shipbrokers Professional Qualification Exams [ PQE ] or diplomas before? Care to share some info,such as self studying,whether reference books are allowed during exams ? Am thinking of taking the PQE in 2009 & needed some first hand advise.Thks in advance !!
