I am calling all professionals! Lol.How do you learn the whole dictionary.It is undoubtedly life's ultimate question.

but then after memorizing e 1st page, i gave up..haha

No lah. Just refer to it when you need to know the word.
Study it? The book is dead. It is the human brain that is alive.

Dictionary is my favourite book. I will browse through it whenever I am in the mood to learn new words.

o.o haha actually i dont understand why people read dictionaries before english exams/ gp exams.
might as well just read cheem stuff, dunno check and know =x

Memorizing the dictionary is not the way you should study English. It wouldn't help as the nobody has a "super brain" who can memorize the entire dictionary. The best way to improve your English is to read more books!...If you're frustrated of reading books because it is too long or boring, try reading newspapers and your vocabulary will gradually improve. Last but not least, the most thrilling part of it is, you won't even realize that you are improving (that's from my personal experience). (remember to check the dictionary if you are unsure of the defination of a word)

Go read real books. The dictionary is to English what mugging is to actual knowledge: a cheap piece of crap.
