Explain why crystals start to form as a saturated solution is being cooled?
if i am not wrong, the liquid particles loses energy to the surrounding when leave to cool, thus the force of attraction between the particles will get stronger and stronger till the particles are in solid form
The solubility of a given solute in a given solvent typically depends on temperature. For around 95% of solid solutes, the solubility increases with temperature, in the temperature range from about ambient to 100 °C.

Thus decreasing temperature of the solvent decreases its solubility, thus crystals start to form?
I dunno how to explain in molecular perspective.
