i hope someone can help me
On the 19th of feb,i appeal to tp aerospace electronic and log out of the jae appeao 2008 website
But after consideration,i dicided not to appeal for it and log in to the website and withdraw my appeal
The problem is,when i checked my e-mail today,i recieved a e-mail from the jae appeal team on the 19th of feb
The content of the letter is"We had received your JAE appeal submission at 19/02/2008 10:10:39'
My question now is does my appeal still apply or not?

After you withdraw from the appeal, it should not apply..

but shoudn't the jae team send me another e-mail telling me that my appeal is being withdraw already?

Probably because the e-mail sent after the application of your appeal was automated. And it just happened that the coder miss out the part to send another e-mail on the cancellation of an appeal. If you are having doubts about this, why not just contact them directly?
