It was 45°F today. I had to look at the calendar several times to convince myself it was January.
GO GLOBAL WARMING!!! But... um... not too much in summer, okay?
weather today. TOTALLY TERRIBLY SHITTY!!!!!!
my shoes and socks and feet got ALL WET! i had no other choice. i had to walk to the bus stop =(
and i slipped a bunch of times :x
and i had to pause at the side of the road etc and look around and figure out which was the best 'route' for me to take. hahaha.
not fun =(
first it was ice pellets. then it was snow/rain/ice.
then i think everything melted and froze over.
then it rained.
and EVERYWHERE was just ice + snow + water +dirt! and it was DARK so sometimes i couldnt see what the hell i was walking on. until i either slipped or felt my feet get (more) cold and wet.
thank goodness the bus ride from school to home only take a few minutes. otherwise i might have to have my feet amputated. HAHAHAHAHA =\
everything had better melt by tomorrow. im not going to attend classes with icy cold feet thank you.

That's cold. Poor ah ben. Bundle up and try to stay indoors hor.
This is getting ridiculous....
We had a high of 45°F yesterday (see my post at the top of this page). Today's high is a mere -5°F. That's a swing of 50°F in less than 24 hours.
Someone is not doing his/her job of promoting global warming!

MG
Your state made the news today. So cold the waterfall's frozen over! Time to move to Seattle yet?
it's getting kinda screwed up...it's snowing in places that's not supposed to snow.
i think singapore might wanna consider investing in snow-removal machines thingamajics now. =P
but look at the situation in china =(
You guys up north, I feel for you. Crank up the thermostat!
I read in Japan that they store snow and became a air cooler during summer.
i think is time to learn to preserve snow and use it in Hot Summer when we needed the cool temp.
today is the coldest by far this winter ! -15c feels like -29 with wind gusts @ 63km/hr !!!! walked back from work and my ears are red.

Dude, get yourself a set of earmuffs! Your ears will thank you for it.
Several winters ago, not long after I moved up here, we had a bitterly cold day where the temps dropped into the negative teens, with a howling wind driving the wind chill index much lower. I took a chance of making the short walk from the office lobby to my car after work without any ear protection. Big mistake. By the time I got into my car, the bitterly cold air had penetrated into my inner ear, causing extreme pain and an almost complete loss of my sense of balance. The resulting nausea almost caused me to throw up in the car; I had to use both arms to "anchor" my head to the headrest until my sense of balace returned. It was not a pleasant experience.

The cold has fried ah ben's senses.

Totally ! I'm hiding in my lil hole today ! Not going to bother going out...
toronto's having it bad these few days....
snowed quite a bit here in pluto too....i can be quite a stubborn and lazy ass. i wont wear a hat or scarf or anything. and my hood never stays on my head when the wind blows, so i dont usually bother having it on mi head either. imagine what i look like when i get home after walking for 20 minutes in -** degrees celcius  my face is redder than anything i tell u....worse when it's raining ice pellets. im surprised i have not had to get anything amputated...
