I've never heard of this before until today. My kids were so happy to have a half day today. -

but then again...its hot at my place too...
usually it should only be about 15 odd at this time...but its been going up to high 20s i believe here

Huh? Still got heat meh? Aiyoh *shivers* it's been chilly liao leh. I've been needing jacket in the evenings and cardigan in the mornings.
