Hi, i've been training for e past 2 yrs or so...
i would say i gained quite a bit. from 52kg to 60kg...
i've been always a hardgainer so i relied on mass gainer n stuff.
however, my improvement seemed to be stopping at a point. i cant increase in mass anymore.

my chest are quite flat and its difficult to get e bulging effect. Is it becuz that im skinny?
and my body frame is quite small my hips measured to be around 33 inches. That means i waist can nv be thicker? i dun mean having a big belly, rather than having a toned bigger torso.
Gym ppl, pl advise me on e routine.. thanks.
