Selling bond before coupon date

  Hi i bought this Genting perpetual bond

  Bought November last year, and I want to sell it now before the coupon date on April, this bond is traded with cum interest, so will I get partial coupon payment if I sell it now? 

   

  Another question, why does the price of bond drop on the coupon date on October and April? Refer to the chart at the link
