Does anyone here invest in property overseas? Can you share your experience how you went about your first oversease property investment and what things should we pay attention to?
What i heard is that when you purchase property overseas, Singaporeans like us usually no problem paying the downpayment. But it is getting the loans to complete the purchase that are the most difficult part. Is that true? And how did you overcome it?

If you are investing overseas so have to be carefull because usually many expatriates investing in property in the homeland but some big invester investing some well developed countries so they should the process of the property transfer and many other important things then only invest in property.
