Requirement for Setting Up Pte Ltd

  hey guys, i would like to know how to set up a Pte Ltd for a foreigner. What is the requirement?

  If the foreigner currently not working in singapore and do not have any working pass or part time pass, is it still can go there and work for his own Pte Ltd?

  Please advice me regarding this matter. I really need helps in this.

  you also need a singapore office. but nowadays, virtual office is so common
