Recently I have encountered a very bad experience with Jean Yip and it caused me not willing to continue taking their services anymore. I have this S$386.20 balance with them and they could not refund it to me, however, I could use it to purchase their products. If you are an existing customer and using their products, then I could offer you a 40% off with the product worth S$386.00.
Summary of my bad experience with Jean Yip: > Signed up 1 of the promotion package. > Could not get any appointment for months due to no slots available. > Finally I got an appointment, then I was asked to re-schedule due to their schedules are packed. > Fine, after re-scheduled. I got a call on the appointment date that my appointment was cancelled. > Could not transfer to other branch due to promotion package. > Upset and try to ask for refund; I was told that their company will not do any of refund. > Received an extremely poor service; Manager quarreled with me and added : “If you want to complain, please go ahead”. > Complained to the company; then area manager told the same thing “company will not do any of refund”. Given the only option of continue their services and exchange with to their products which I do not need. Feel like being forced to purchase their products. Giving an impression that no willingness to settle/entertain my complaints. Anyone willing to continue with their services or using their products after encountered such a bad services?
