hey anyone who lives alone in an apartment with a spare room!
you may have no intention to rent it out but reason im asking is that I need to move out for cheap. (and since you have no initial intention to rent for money you may allow me to move in for cheap??)
if you're willing we can negotiate terms (where I offer services like doing laundry and stuff, in addition to paying a NOMINAL fee for electricity ect)
I live very simply, very tidy and only want the privacy of my own room so I will be no trouble at all.
