If via Comfort MDT, company only earn $36-$48 for 120 jobs... how to give $148 + $60 credit incentives ?

How much GT Incentive per month ?
Just take a look for a GT Ranger Driver for August 2015, How much is the Incentive.
His total call : 545 ==>> $500 (SG50 Incentives)
And this 545 Call => Ranger Gold Tier Incentives ==>> $508
oso come with $100 of Ranger Gold Tier Credit Incentives
At the same time out of the 545 Call taken, 243 call is Rush Hours Call ==>> $200
And for this 545 call, there are 78 call is GRAB Pay call ==>> $210.
So, for this GT Ranger Driver for August 2015, he got $1,418.00 Cash Plus $100 Driver Credit from GT
$500 + $508 + $200 + $210 ==>>$1,418

I was asking how much they make per call..... if they make just $0.30-$0.40 per call, then GrabTaxi is making a loss offering that kind of incentives.
Comfort is offering around $200,000 for 3 months (average of $66,666 per month) as incentive to continue supporting MDT.... it only works out to be around 2 plates of chicken rice per driver. But it is still profitable for them to do so....
From what I see, Grabtaxi seems like making a loss offering that kind of incentives. They are rich enough to do so since they received a lot of capital injection from few sources including Temasek Holdings and Softbank.
Perhaps they are targetting to be the company with the largest taxi-driver-support in Singapore.

I know their aim is to capture market share....and they seem to be rich enough to do so since they received a lot of capital injection from few sources including Temasek Holdings and Softbank. However, they are fighting against a cash-rich company that is also very profitable. In the long-run, their business-style is not sustainable since it is not profitable...and once they stop the incentives, they would have less customers. And their biggest rival would still be operating as per normal.

That's the one....but that one full-time drivers anytime also can hit one.

GrabTaxi is offering drivers $4.93 extra per day for the month of Sep if they could service an average of 4 calls per day ($148/30=$4.93).

I can sense that the rewards gate for GT drivers are slowly shrinking.
How the hell that guy managed to do 500+ calls on his own in a month. Can teach? Or that account is shared.
BTW, Ct2220 need how many call a month to promote to Ranger status?
Lastly, all these incentives GT throw out at first are sweets and losses to them to make the cabbies addicted and get used to the system first. Also, making passengers get hooked to using it due to the ease of getting a taxi as they have so many cabbies using the app. Once the addiction is there and this becomes a habit and norm, all the incentives will disappear. Sooner or later as this won't continue forever. By the time, everyone too used to the system to change.

Aiya, all these are they give you the call, you them your life. GT is taking advantage of the ever accending behavorial of human, which is wrong and detrimental to health of an already stressed life as a TD.

Last time, If you can hit 150 ~ 180 calls in a month, Likely will promoted to Ranger.
Nowadays, I think at least must be 250 Calls and above, in order to promoted to Ranger.
That time not so much Competition。
That time for 210 calls, you can get $688.
Today for 210 calls, you ONLY get $308.

Now 1 person half shift how to hit 250 jobs? No elite status can't confirm get jobs when bidding how to hit so high. Can teach?

Teach what? PCC or how to jump Q at AP? Aiya, no elite status, sweep the road lor, most elite and rangers formerly are sweep road king, my bro CT was also one of them. Some already said, this is a dog eats dog world, where got teach you want...if really want to teach also teach you other thing than taxi driving bidding so that you can throw key and do other job.

I don't know what happened to some of my promo jobs,when I checked my monthly statements, some promo jobs missing!at least 20 promo jobs unaccounted!

I like grab taxi cause I like its user interface, but in many cases raising my hand by the road is much faster and cheaper...

The funny part is getting to know one lau Uncle with a big sai tor (tummy) telling me he is a grabtaxi Ranger...limpek asked him Brunei (yellow badge) or US trained (red badge), wu airborne bo... he told me, when he decided to airborne, he will inform me first. I take a closer look at him, left right top down...knn, dun look like a ranger leh..then he told me to fark off.

Tia kong all these airborne ranger after training, become siao lang liao...I think grabtaxi rangers also abit siao siao already...bo bian, tiam tiam want to meet target
